To place an order, you can go online to www.bag4less.com, or call 1-714-717-7269. Our Customer Service Personnel are available from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 pm (PST) Monday to Friday and are happy to help you with any orders or queries you may have.
When ordering it is much smoother if you already have the information we need to finalize the order. Please have the following information available:
- Customer Number (Your Email Address)
- Company Name & Shipping Information
- Purchase Order Number
- Method Of Payment
Over/Under Runs: We reserve the right to ship under or over by 3% and bill accordingly. In case of an under run of 3% or less, factory reserves the right not to print the remaining balance.
All of the pricing on our website are Case Prices. Our prices are still representative even when only ordering a few pieces. We pass these savings onto our customers as a gesture of gratitude for shopping at bag4less.com. If you are ordering 500pcs or more, please contact us for pricing.
Prices can sometimes fluctuate and are subject to change without notice. Our merchandise is shipped at the price in effect at the time of shipping. If you would like check on the current price of our merchandise, you can find it online, or call our Customer Service Personnel between 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 pm (PST) Monday to Friday.
All orders are shipped C.O.D. (We accept Wire Transfer, Cashier's Check or Money Order). Company checks will be accepted only with the prior approval of a Company Check Application. Dishonored or NSF checks will be subject to a $35.00 fee.
We also accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express cards, upon completion of our credit card authorization form and receipt of credit card and driver's license copies. Credit cards must be available for inspection when customers pick up merchandise from our Distribution Centers.
Some of the styles, colors & sizes we sell are not stock items. These items are available only with Special Order/Drop Ship.
Sales Tax Exempt Sales
Companies that are eligible for a sales tax exemption will only receive it if Bag4less has a completed Sales and Use Tax Certificate of Exemption form on file.
3th Party Shipping
Bag4less does not accept 3rd party shipping accounts for any order other than a sample order. Under no circumstances will Bag4less use a shipping account that is other than the party we are billing. Bag4less will under no circumstances use a UPS or FedEx account number for a third party, who is not buying directly from us; even if we are shipping to that party.
Other Terms and Conditions
Bag4less provides no warranty for the merchandise, expressed or implied, including the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose description, or quality. In no event shall Bag4less be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages; or for loss of anticipated profits on any claim of any kind resulting from any order with Bag4less. Availability of merchandise is subject to change or discontinuance without notice. All information provided by the suppliers to Bag4less is deemed reliable; however as Bag4less offers no warranty, Bag4less has no responsibility for a manufacturer's inability to supply merchandise. All the weights and sizes mentioned in the catalog, price list and web pages are approximate. These terms and conditions apply to all purchases from Bag4less, and are in addition to any terms and conditions included in any Credit Applications provided to Bag4less. Bag4less reserves the right to change any of the above policies and procedures at any time without prior-notice. All rights of the parties in connection with the purchase of goods from Bag4less shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the State of California.
