Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations
Returns must be approved or they will not be accepted. Approved returns will receive an Authorization Number; returns that do not have this number will not be accepted. Bag4less will not approve any return after 30 days.
Returned goods will be refunded via credit issued to your account, which may go toward future purchases. Bag4less does not issue cash refunds. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking charge, minimum $20.00.
To ensure that the proper credit is issued to your account, please include a copy of the original invoice with returns. The credit process may take up to 2 weeks to be applied to your account.
Bags4less does not accept returns on special order items, closeouts, or discontinued items.
It is the responsibility of the customer to inspect merchandise on delivery. Decorated, washed, or otherwise despoiled garments are not returnable. Bag4less will not reimburse for any decoration cost on defective merchandise or items shipped incorrectly.
All unclaimed, or refused shipments, are subject to a 15% restocking fee along with freight and handling charges, minimum $20.00.
Errors in Orders
We do everything in our power to avoid mistakes; however we admit they can still occur. If you receive merchandise that does not match your order, we will happily replace the merchandise once we have received the original goods. If we have not received the original goods, replacement of merchandise will be considered to be a new order and you will be charged accordingly. Upon receiving the original goods, your account will be credited.
Canceling an Order
Once an order has been pulled and packed, whether shipped or not, it is subject to a $20.00 or 15% restocking fee, whichever is greater, if the order is canceled. Pick up orders that have not been picked up within 72 hours after delivery will be considered canceled and will be subject to a $20.00 or 15% restocking fee, whichever is greater. A reminder call is a courtesy, and not mandatory, before restocking the goods.
All Claims of shortages, price discrepancies, or defective merchandise made to Bag4less must be made within 3 days of receipt of merchandise. Damaged shipments are not the responsibility of Bag4less, and must therefore be reported to the UPS driver or noted on the bill of lading at the time of receipt.
