Shipping & Delivery
If Bag4less receives an order before 3:00pm PST, then it will be shipped the same business day. Orders placed after this time will be shipped the following business day.
Peak shipping periods, around US public holidays or similar events, may cause a delay in order processing of up to 2 days. If this occurs we contact you by phone or email.
We endeavor to provide truck shipments as soon as possible, but roads, conditions, and locations can mean delays; so clients who rely on truck shipment should allow an extra day for transit. Bag4less is not responsible for lost or delayed orders. Freight charges include handling charges.
Special shipping arrangements are available by request. If you have an upcoming event and you require an order to shipped ASAP, please call us and we will happily assist you in making special shipping arrangements.
Drop Ship Orders
It is the customer’s responsibility to inform their embellishers of the exact style, color, and sizes they are being sent. Verification of correct product receipt should be made prior to decoration. Garments are returnable in their original condition only. Processed, printed, embroidered, decorated, washed, or in any other way spoiled garments are not returnable. Bag4less is not responsible for discrepancies in the order received by any parties other than invoiced customer.
Special Order/ Drop Ship
Bag4less has an incredible Special Order/Drop ship program. Using this program means that special orders can be shipped directly from the Mill. This allows us to deliver special orders as quickly as possible. Drop ship orders are usually shipped the next business day, if goods are in stock, but Bags4less has no control over the Mill, or their processing of orders, so customers should allow 1 to 3 business days when ordering special orders. Special orders are invoiced separately.
Due To Their Unique Nature, Special / Drop Ship Order Items Are Not Returnable Or Exchangeable.
Additions to Orders
All orders are considered a firm order at the time of placement. Bag4less will not alter orders, any additions to orders already placed are considered to be a new order and will be billed and shipped separately.
Pick Up Order
Pick Up Orders are available for pick up at our Distribution Centers between 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m PST, Monday to Friday.
Orders that have not been picked up within 72 hours of delivery will subject to a restocking charge of 15% or $20.00, whichever is greater, and will be considered as cancelled.
